Sempol

Sempol is a food made from a mixture of meat and flour are pierced with skewers sized prick a little bit big, this food come from Malang Indonesia. At first glance look similar as the Cilok (street food from Malang), it's just a way of presenting Cilok just boiled directly enjoyed and are round while sempol after boiling should be fried before the food is served. This is what makes sempol highly preferred because it is very tasty and delicious.


How to make Sempol and the material is very easy, I'm sure the mother does not trouble to process it, lets see  the phenomenal food ingredients from Malang Indonesia.
The Ingredients to make Sempol :
  • 50 gr flour
  • 100 g of corn starch or tapioca starch farmer
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 spoon food flavoring
  • 50 ml of water
  • 100 gr of chicken meat which has been separated meat and bones then blend it,
  • 1 egg, beaten off (for frying)

The process of making Sempol
  • The chicken meat that has been mashed enter into bowl
  • Then add the flour into the meat as well all the spices such as pepper, food flavorings, salt, stir all ingredients until dough average also do not forget to add water into it, stir again all the ingredients until the dough turns into dull
  • Next step, take a small portion and inserted satay wrap
  • Boil until the dough is cooked, then remove and drain wait until cold
  • Sempol boiled enter into beaten egg, then fried until golden bright
  • Sempol is ready to serve
