Chicken Satay. The chicken satay is one food that is very popular in
Indonesia. as the name implies, chicken satay made from chicken meat. It tastes
good and delicious as well as material that is easily found in the market, are

Ingredients for Chicken Satay
- ½ chicken (skin and bones wasting and diced)
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce (spreads)

- 350 ml water

- 5 red onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 pieces of red pepper

- Sliced tomatoes, sliced red pepper, red onion slices, rhombus or rice cake
How to Make make peanut sauce
- Heat the oil, then enter the crushed spices (onion, garlic, red chili pepper, and hazelnut) and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Enter peanuts that have been previously smoothed and water. Then cook until boiling and thickened visible.
- Add pepper powder, salt, soy sauce and stir until blended
How to Make Chicken Satay
